Privacy

What we collect

• Deals and comments you post: the text, the store and location you enter, the name or nickname you choose, and any photo you upload. These are public once posted (photos after review).
• Guest card posts: what you write is public once approved. Your contact email is private and is used only to forward referral requests to you.
• Referral requests: your name, email and note are sent to the guest you contact, so they can reply to you.
• Weekly email sign-ups: your email address, used only to send the newsletter.
• Spam protection: we keep a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your network address to limit spam and allow one vote per person. We do not store your IP address itself. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process information about your browser to tell people from bots.

Photos

Photos are resized in your browser before upload, which removes hidden location data from the picture. Please keep faces, license plates and personal details out of shots.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't use advertising trackers.

Removing your information

To have something you posted removed, or to leave the email list, contact us.

Service providers

The site runs on Cloudflare. If email is set up, messages are sent through an email delivery service. These providers process data only to run the site.
